- All our items here are preorders , so you will have to wait for your stock to arrive .

- No refund if the stocks are out of stock , so please state an alternative for each order incase of oos cases .

- We will meet you before your stock arrives to collect the cash from you before we collect your goods from the supplier .

- Please copy and paste the order form below when you're sending us your orders by email .

- All emails will be replied within 3 days .

- Any emails or order forms are strictly to be sent to thlovely-caption@hotmail.com , any emails sent to our personal email will strictly NOT be entertained .

- It's best that you check your order form before sending it in because you can't change it once it's been sent .

- Please make full payment within 3 days after we've contacted you , the stocks will arrive within 1 month , depending on the supplier .

- We don't do postage , only meetups .

- Bring the exact amount during meetup , we won't hand the goods to you till we've got the cash .

- We only accept cash .

- All cappings are set at 10 unless otherwise stated .

- We will only submit in the orders after we have enough cappings (:

- Please notify us the date and time that you want to meetup 2 days before the actual date , after we've contacted you to say thaat your goods are with us .

- We will charge $1 per 10 min if you're late for the meetup .

- An extra of $2 will be collected at the next meetup if you did not show up , unless you msg/call to inform us at least 1 hour before the meetup .

- Only 50% of the cash will be refunded if you back out .

- & items sold are strictly NON-exchangeable and NON-refundable .

- We will NOT be responsible for any factory defects & if the supplier sends the wrong item .

- We will refund you the full amount if the items are out of stock .

- & Lastly , no refunds will be given back if the supplier runs away .

- Feel free to clear and doubts before purchasing anything .

- Spammers will not be entertained .

NOTE :

- No charges when we meet you to collect the money , only when we meet you to give the stocks , we charge .

- We stay at serangoon north & eunos , so it would be sensible if you choose to meet up somewhere near (: If it's very near to our house , we will not charge you for the meetup .

- A standard of $1 will be charged for every meetup ( MRT only ) .

- As for other places , a standard of $2-$4 will be charged , depending on the location .
